Terms of service

Last updated October 21, 2026. These terms cover use of Reputation & Reviews, operated by Robust Paint Protection & Auto Detailing, Napa, California, USA (info@robustd.com). By creating an account you agree to them.

• The service. Reputation & Reviews collects a business's reviews, drafts replies and review requests with AI, and lets the owner approve them. It is an early product offered as is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy.
• Your accounts. Only connect Google Business Profiles, Pages and accounts you're authorized to manage. Keep your login secure.
• Your content and approvals. AI drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for anything you approve or post, and for following the rules of Google, Facebook, Yelp and other platforms, including their review policies. Nothing is posted unless you approve it and confirm.
• Acceptable use. Don't use the service to solicit fake or incentivized reviews, to harass reviewers, or to message people who haven't done business with you.
• Plans. Paid plans, if any, will be described in the app before you're charged. No payment is collected today.
• Ending. You can disconnect sources or delete your shop at any time (see Privacy and Data deletion). We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
• Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months.
